ONE BULLET, ONE VOTE, ONE BOOK

A warrior with years of tactical combat experience and undefeatable strategic mind - be it, or a naive civilian who cannot fight or dodge but hope to stay away from a death trap - all it takes to end their life is hitting one bullet on any of their vital points. One bullet, that sucks their life out of their very fit or otherwise bodies. One bullet, is all that it takes.

A person abiding by the rules of the law, constitution and society with a pure intention of taking responsibility of people and to serve them honestly - be it , or a person drenched in the greed to earn, no matter which way and at the cost of people's growth, safety or lives - all it takes to hand them the  power to do what they wish to is one vote from the people they represent. One vote that can make or break their position of power in politics. One vote, is all that it takes.

A person who barely speaks their mind or heart out with the fear of being judged or low confidence or who hardly talks as they enjoy their solitude the most or as it is their comfort zone - be it, or a person who fears not, to let their thoughts known to the world or to tell their opinions loud and clear or who do not hold back on engaging with new people - all it takes to make them feel home, ecstatic or even break their heart, is one book. One right book at the right time that they cannot help but carry all their lives long in their hearts, can make the difference. One book, is all that it takes, to make people, whoever and however they are, to make them fall in love with reading.

One may call reading

- a habit to get entertained

- a medicine to heal

- a medium of knowledge

- a path of the wise

- a route to escape real life.

Howsoever you see it, for the one who has experienced its magic in their life, the impact books have on their mind, it would not be an exaggeration if I said, that their life will never be the same again. Books are the congregation of chapters. Chapters are the gathering of sentences. Sentences are the meaningful arrangements of words. And these words are the hosts of change, of revolution and of wisdom. And this very trait is one of the most important reasons to be careful about what and when you read. You would not want your personality and peace of mind to get effected by those very words, that could empower you, in a bad way.

To read, is a part in the journey of reading.  But to reflect on what is read, is what makes the reading experience more wholesome. Reflecting on the characters you read, could help you gain a perspective on the possibilities of human characteristics. Introspecting the incidents, scenes and happenings in a book could help you understand the capability of wondrous human brain to create (if fiction) and to critically analyze them (if non-fiction). 

"TO READ OR NOT TO READ?"

And lastly, who would not want to travel or do time travel with minimal cost. This is one such medium which takes you to places you have never been to including to those places you never knew existed and to those which do not exist. Also to those places, that are  in different times, making  you understand the probable lifestyle of that geography. I'd say the best place books offer to take you to is the place inside the author's head and as they see it.

And if you did not find it yet, it's more the reason for you to keep exploring, because am certain there is one book for everyone out there to be found and devoured. And, after all, that one book is more than enough to make you wonder, " Why wasn't I reading before!!"
